London’s Air Ambulance is undergoing a period of transformation with intentions to double our income and double the awareness that we are a charity, over the next five years. We have therefore created this new senior role, reporting directly to the newly appointed CEO and sitting on the Executive Committee.
This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional communicator and strategic planner to help shape the future vision and direction of the charity. We are looking for an experienced, talented and energetic Director of Communications & Marketing to develop and deliver our internal and external communications plan. Working alongside the CEO and other executive colleagues, this individual will need to demonstrate strategic leadership qualities and an ability to engage with a complex range of stakeholders within and beyond the organisation.
We are seeking an individual with a track record of developing and implementing impactful communications strategies, building engaging brands and innovative campaigns to reach a wide range of audiences. The Director of Communications and Marketing will be responsible for a team of 4-5 people comprising PR, digital, marketing and stakeholder relations and will play a crucial role in inspiring consistent and targeted use of communications in support of organisational objectives.
