Volunteer in our shop at the Royal London Hospital

Our Charity Shop is based at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel and we rely on dedicated volunteers to help keep the shop open and sell merchandise to members of the public. The shop sells a variety of London's Air Ambulance branded merchandise including hoodies, pens, key rings and notepads and also provides supporters with a range of information about the charity.

We are looking for volunteers who are able to commit to one day or half a day per week to work alongside other volunteers and run the shop. Full training is provided and no prior experience is necessary although this is useful.

Charity collections in your community

Community Fundraising collections are vital to London's Air Ambulance. Not only do they help us raise funds for the charity but they also allow us to engage with members of the public and spread the work about what we do.

Volunteers are an incredibly important part of our community fundriasing team and help to represent us in places that we would not otherwise be able to reach. We participate in collections in a variety of locations including supermarkets, train stations and community events.

Helping with collections is extremely rewarding and allows you to see the support that we receive from Londoners at a very local level. It is a great way to engage with new people and make a really direct contribution to the charity. It is also very flexible and volunteers can commit as little or as often as they wish to.
